Accurate enough. My only issue is that when I click on an individual route, it doesn't always update. So I have to go back and refresh every so often to see the actual real arrival time. Otherwise the app works well. My other complaint is that the ads with noise cuts over my music that is playing. I took one star off for having to refresh the route I am looking at.

I like this app very, very much it's a very good app, and it helps me know when to go and get the bus I live across the street, but it can be cold waiting out there, so this helps me know 5 minutes before the bus is coming thank you very much MBTA for this wonderful app.

POV: You check the nearest bus arrival time. It says it will arrive in 10 minutes. You breathe a sigh of relief, and go and put something in the fridge. You check the time again right after. The bus is now coming in 2 minutes, and you have just missed the last bus if the night.

Incredibly unreliable and inaccurate. I've had the app for maybe two weeks and have experienced at least 6 very late or no show Ts, all of which were shown on the app to have been on time and left. They should at least allow you to report a no-show or delay to improve accuracy. *All but 1 have been with B Green Line I've never left an app review before, but this is so incredibly inconvenient and poorly representing of a government service that I desperately want to support, it is absurd.

You list so many regional transit lines outside Boston are supported but ONLY Greater Boston is ACTUALLY supported? False advertising!

While downloading the app there is a message asking you to complete your account installation. It will ask for your credit card info. It is a scam.
