Update 3/2/23: still 5 stars! Real world bus situation: This app showed TWO 137 buses arriving at the stop I was running to within 60 seconds of each other. Google Maps said to wait 18 minutes for the next bus. THIS APP WAS CORRECT - I caught the 2nd bus 60 seconds after missing the first bus. Nice! Awesome! I love that when I'm heading to the train I can see real time arrival times and know whether it's worth rushing to the train or not. The bus tracker is also helpful and accurate. Thanks!

This mbta tracker app is great the bus has GPS, so it pretty much tells you down to the second when the bus is arriving

Note everything I'm saying is pertaining to the commuter rail: The app no longer shows real-time train locations or time estimates. The app used to work great before the pandemic shut things down, then I stopped commuting, and since I've started commuting to work again in May, this app hasn't worked. 2 stars instead of 1 because it used to work, so I'm holding out hope.

I was trying to get outbound train for Newburyport rockport tracking the inbound and outbound train. Lol Every time I clicked on the outbound train it gave me the inbound train no matter what I did lol. This application sucks. Lol

It used to be much more accurate, but now it shows that a bus has left a stop about 3–5 minutes before it even arrives. The accuracy issues have now expanded to the trains as well. I checked the app for the northbound Red Line before leaving, and it said it would be here in 20 minutes upon arriving 10 minutes later a train was pulling into the station, so I missed it. Now the app is saying 1 minute but the system announcement is saying 5 minutes.
