The accuracy of the time of arrival is not great, but when you use the app with your Google Maps app you can see the different bus routes and see the delays or early bus arrivals, and time your trips better.

The app itself isn't bad, but the ads are horrible. I was out in public waiting for my bus home, and as I clicked on my line to see the transit times, I got hit with an unskippable porn ad. Get rid of those ads...

Buses no longer appear in real time. Completely useless after the schedule change

first of all, the times of the bus arrival are wrong 50% of the time, arriving minutes earlier or later. Usually, the buses are late. To be fair, I do get a free presto pass as a student, but the app and the agency are terrible.
