Comments on BusBuddy Ottawa for Android

★★★★☆ Sim · Feb 19, 2024

I've used this app for years, and it's actually pretty good. Maps seem to be buggy, it often crashes trying to show full screen maps in certain spots. Not going to blame the developer for OC transpo sucking.

★★★★★ Laith A. · Jul 7, 2020

Great app. But be careful from GPS based bus time. The app gets it from transport agencies, so I've been missing buses and taking cabs because of them, not the app itself. I also use multiple apps to double-check schedules and arrival times.

★★★★★ Wojciech Kozlowski · Aug 13, 2025

I used this app every day before COVID. I like the interface - it's very convenient to see multiple bus arrival times at the same time, and the ads are unobtrusive.

★★☆☆☆ Caroline Whitby · Feb 27, 2020

Lately the app is wrong most of the time on gps arrival times, and has caused so many late days for me.

★☆☆☆☆ Jonathan Kahle · Oct 22, 2020

This app is not accurate the times are always off from the bus arrival by almost 10 min intervals

★★☆☆☆ mir st · Dec 6, 2021

Wow this apl has gone downhill. Sometime atip will disappear from favorite or the gps will stop function saying the buss is close but not. I don't blame the development owner since oc transpo won't gove out the source data etc. but since August this app has gpne down hill. Sometimes I refresh the lain page bit if you go to the sub individually time slot the time gps is mest up or gone. I like the app because if buss is late it doesn't push it off. Edit: if time pass buss time sch gps stops tracking
