Tessera

Tessera is a simple personal energy pulse tracker that transforms daily check-ins into the act of placing colored glass pebbles into a divided wooden tray. The Pulse tab invites you to select today’s energy level from five softly glowing pebble options, ranging from exhausted to full of life, and optionally jot down a brief wellness snippet. If you have already captured today’s pulse, the same screen displays your chosen pebble color and note, with straightforward edit and delete controls. The Tray tab gives you a top-down weekly view of a light oak tray with seven square compartments, each holding a semi-transparent pebble that matches your rating or remaining empty for missed days. Tapping any compartment reveals that day’s entry details, and swiping left or right lets you navigate between adjacent weeks. In the Stream tab, every pulse you have ever recorded appears in a chronological list alongside a colored pebble icon, numeric rating, and your snippet text, with a simple date-range search to find specific past entries. The You tab provides a personal summary showing total pulses logged, your current consecutive-day streak, and a reset button that clears all data after a confirmation step. Your main dashboard displays today’s date and a prominent log button when you have not yet checked in, plus a brass tally plate counting the number of days captured this week and the three most recent pulses. All your entries are stored exclusively on your device, keeping your energy log completely private and available without any account or internet connection. Warm wood textures, frosted glass materials, polished copper rivets on the active bottom tab, and matte tarnished rivets on inactive tabs create a calming, object-like feel. This lightweight approach sidesteps journaling clutter while helping you notice patterns in your daily energy over time. Let each day add another pebble to your tray and turn a few seconds of reflection into a graceful wellness anchor.
