Horrible buying experience The app itself has so many bugs, it's hilarious. The website too. I don't get coupons, I'm supposed to get. When I get the coupons after contacting support, coupons cannot be redeemed, even though the minimum order value is reached. Support is not able to cancel the order for the customer and not able to redeem coupons afterward. When I want to return items, downloading of the return label doesn't work. It just gives an error message on the app and on the website. The support doesn't help at all too, maximum of incompetence, just write premade answers that does not get into the problem at all! So overall just a horrible experience by any way possible. Ohh and I just forgot about that they don't even delete the account properly, when requesting to do so.

The app is horrible. Erases your purchases. The change of password doesn't work. It closes all of a sudden. I really hope Tezenis will work on it.
