I have never been able to successfully use this service. The actual service area is tiny. I live, shop, and work in Bulkhead. Still have no idea where pick-ups and drop-off are. After several app crashes, I was offered a free ride. Great, a free ride to nowhere.

Prompts to force update when trying to book a ride, but doesn't have updated available. Also, requires that # of passengers be set to "1" manually every ride (why would someone book a ride for 0 people) and this action is hidden down after a user selects their start and end point, causing these selections to get wiped out.

My driver couldn't find me so just went picked-up someone else. Did I make this hard or is someone having a bad day? Found out the system did not ping my location properly. The next driver called me and the pick point was a half mile from where I was waiting. My next driver was exceptional 😁
