Every day, you'll make a lot of effort to search for a customer support number which is not there neither on the website nor in the app wow. After story - So after so many attempts and daily calls I got my product and this time delivery agent didn't even call me just dropped the parcel, this is how the starts. But all support I got from dermal co side they could have left me saying that why I shared OTP, but they gave me products. Not giving full 5 star is reason process was not seamless.

Derma co is the best choice for acne prone type of skin, past 2 year ago, I have a too much acne and pimple on my face, but I used face wash serum and sunscreen for 6 months, and I can't how improve my skin it is ....100000% recommend

I have had the worst experience with dermal co. I ordered 2 sunscreen in buy 1, get 1 sale, the order got cancelled on its own, I received the refund on the same day. Again I ordered the same order and this time also it got cancelled, but now I haven't received the refund. It's been 7 days, no calls from customer care. No apologies on their end. Don't recommend it, don't buy dermal co products.

I ordered the C-Cinamide Radiance Sunscreen (Buy 1, Get 1 Free) on 15 June through your official app. After almost 13 days with no tracking or updates, I finally received my order today—but it was the wrong product. I received a completely different 30g sunscreen that is not even close to what I ordered. This has been the worst shopping experience. Please provide an immediate full refund or send the correct product. This experience has made me consider switching to another brand.
