"Network busy" Network is always busy when using the orange network! I can't make call! Ive tried three network and it doesn't seem to have a problem. Hope you fix it

I have been using this app I gave 1 star because is just fake, when you
make a call you get charged and you hearing ringing but the person you
ringing won't receive any call or miss call even just horrible really.
