Pretty good! It used to be labyrinthine... and arcane... all the options... abstrusely strewn about... But it's spotless Up. It's worth using. Easy to get ID cards. Easy to make payments. Easy to change the policy. Didn't use to be easy. But it is now!

I started a policy and within the first 3 months they decided to raise my rate. Then proceeded to increase my rate monthly. Beware this company can't honor their word. In the last 4 months my rate has gone up every month now. No accidents no tickets. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone about you. I'll finish my term but Never again update. There app is trash. 3 months before my policy is up, and I can't access anything. Won't even recognize my email they send books to...

They are highway robbers, they charge you for everything even when you want to change information or switch to a better insurance with them. Like if you have Limited tort and want Full tort. You have to pay out of pocket for the services you pay like tow truck, rentals and etc

Frustrating... Despite multiple calls to customer support, I still cannot sign in on the app. The site says it can't find my policy! My policy is active, and I'm trying to pay my bill. I am paralyzed because I can't even access my own account or documents. So, I'm about to waste another 45 mins and at least one phone transfer trying to find my info, get them to update it, hopefully pay my bill before I get cancelled, and pray it works this time. I'm switching companies today.
