App is installed on my Samsung Galaxy phone, no issues with it. Have used it mostly for info, like connect week details and colleague lookup. New features being added to improve usability, like the new scan to reserve (commons) and auto check-in. Looking forward to trying those out! If anyone is still having issues, recommend taking your BYOD to Guru Bar (tech support). I did have to get help when switching to my new device, some settings needed to be cleared.

I have had to uninstall/reinstall any time I want to use the app. Otherwise, it sits in a green loading screen til my screen times out

Have to delete and reinstall at least once per week.

Doesn't work properly. No address comes up when you put in your location and the address input section stays permanently on the home screen, so you can't even see the room you book. Needs a lot of work.
