App sucks! Won't load, crashes frequently.

Since the new automatic update this app keeps crashing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I clicked do not automatically update, but it updates anyway, and then crashes the app will not come up.

This place runs surveillance on all their employees. Most toxic "hostile work environment" I've ever worked
