The app is good, and it had helped a lot for my examinations. 2022 October /november examinations I had a problem with 1 module to submit after submitting with invigilation app, my script was marked through the invigilation app and I passed the module. I had not followed the examinations rules, I would have lost the good marks from the examination. Unisa had made a good decision to allow us to use the invigilation app and that gives us the opportunity to be declined while writing the exams.

The App is not responding which cost me lot of time, yesterday I was writing Exam the moment I upload my documents it denied, I tried to close and open again but nothing happen, even the technical staff they take time to respond on that matter. I'm still stacked even now. From restarting my phone to updating the App is still not responding. The App is not sustainable and effective to rely on. You need to reserve your strategic planning and seek the holistic approach on this matter.

Couldn't take pic on script on time, my phone kept freezing... It submitted a few pics, don't know how as I couldn't because it froze. Because I couldn't take screenshots of a frozen phone they couldn't assist me with my upload. I had no way of showing them my issues 😒 😤

This app is frustrating. I have failed to submit exams because it does not log in or register. Keeps on say error. Please fix this as a matter or urgency. Even with strong Wi-Fi. And the bad part is some modules make it compulsory to use. I could have rated it zero.
