It's a great app. I never have to worry about having enough change or whether the change machines at the laundromat are working. The only improvement I'd recommend is that the app lets you know when your load is nearly finished.

You charged my card for 7 loads of laundry when I only did three loads. The app is terrible, there's no history of payments /usage or an option to pay one lump sum for credit when you do laundry.

I actually loved the app up until today. I went in with only a little money until payday to wash my work clothes. I paid the $6.75 and the machine did not work. I have no way to contact anyone. So I guess I'm just out of my money. No one ever works at this laundromat either. I'm beyond frustrated. Now I have no way to wash all of my clothes.
