This place is like the Fort Knox of storage facilities. Its climate controlled for one so ur things won't get ruined due 2 mold or mildew. You can't access the storage areas without your own unique PIN & ur unit 🔑 key. There R cameras 📷 everywhere. U can't even access the elevator without ur PIN code. Which the computer logs every time. So nobody can go snooping around w/o staff seeing them. In Hamden-ask 4 Christina. She's phenomenal! I've been here for almost 3 years now.

I would love it if it actually worked for me. To be fair it's probably a glitch due to my situation, but I have rented storage units from this place on a few separate occasions and the app won't let me put in my new account number, so it appears as if I don't have a unit for rent on the app, so I can't pay through it. Nothing works. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and it keeps coming back up with the old info prefilled, so I guess I have to go to the office to pay every month. Sigh...
