We are the ness. A dance-based movement method that offers classes IRL and online. We combine choreography and a trampoline to create a high energy, low impact workout that you’ll look forward to everyday. And for days you want off the trampoline we have sculpt, a mat-based class that builds strength and a deeper connection to your body. Whatever way you want to move, we’ll meet you there—at your pace or your place.

I love the new Ness app! I got the app on my Samsung tablet and have had no issues during my workouts. The new filters make it easy to navigate and find the workout you are looking for, and it is easy to see the schedule and book livestream classes. If you are looking for a new, fun workout that will get your heart rate going, try The Ness! Not only are the classes great, the instructors are very encouraging and their positive energy will help motivate you while your workout.
