Log in issue resolved, just need to create account with same email address tickets was purchased with. Only thing I can't see on the app atm is the protocols etc.

Far too much personal data requested, beyond what should be required for a ticket app. Tickets incredibly slow to download, in our case one ticket still not appearing on app. All seems unnecessarily complicated.
