After some initial, post-launch hiccups, the app is working great. The UX is a significant improvement compared to the Rituals app. Plus, you can finally switch off the standby LED.

Works well for me, I love the idea and also the scent! I am using it in my car, so please create one for cars!! Or maybe adapt the app, so it can be better used in the app like autostart and maybe Bluetooth connection.

This genie is not value for money and the app doesn't work can't connect to Wi-Fi can't connect to my phone

I have owned 2 genies for about a year now. When I first bought them the App didn't work and I had to wait several months for the App to be updated. Both units then worked for a short while until this latest App update. Now nothing works. Cannot find any Wi-Fi networks and one unit is stuck in connect mode. Even resetting the unit doesn't fix it. Love the fragrances.....but don't like the price for something that simply doesn't work! I expected Rituals to be quicker at fixing this common issue!
