Playing at The Pickle is so much better than playing at public parks and other indoor clubs: (1) Their courts are indoor, so I never have to worry about bad weather, (2) they limit the number of players who can reserve every hour, so I never have to wait to get on a court during my reservations, (3) most of their programming is DUPR-rated, so I am always playing against players who are a similar skill-level, and (4) their facilities are the most premium I have played in. I'm a Pickle for life! 🔥

I had good experiences with this app until recently. It randomly signed me out. When I tried to sign back in, it seemed that LastPass didn't correctly save my password. So then I hit forgot password, and it said that an email would be sent with password reset instructions. I have done that 4 or 5 times. No password reset email. Then I was told to call corporate headquarters. Tried that and got told to call the club manager. I am going in circles here trying to get my password reset.

Even though I have a full unlimited membership, the App keeps trying to charge me $61 per hour for reservations. Used to be able to reserve a court a week or more in advance. Now App only lets you reserve for next 3 days. If you want further out than that, you have to call them to schedule it.

Forced to download the app just to sign a waiver. You have to heart the location to get the waiver option instead of it simply being at a kiosk or on an iPad in the facility. Completely pointless and unnecessary for pickleball

The app is not very user-friendly. Delays while opening schedules from day to day. There is room for improvement everywhere you look.
