I Enjoy the real life interaction with the Rocked app. It's very informative and relatable. I'm obtaining some great nuggets that will help me improve on the job. It's a great learning tool, & I enjoy the stories. It could however improve on the option to revisit the guides and quizzes. I would like to be able to go back, review and retake some of the quizzes. I would like to see more aspects of the sales process and overcoming objections.

Decent content but has some glitches and typos. For instance, when you are answering the review questions, sometimes it will mark the answer "wrong" and proceed to tell you what the right answer is the answer that you gave. They should also double-check the spelling and punctuation on the PowerPoint presentations during the guides. Other than that, it has great content and is easy to use.

Downloaded for work just opens a white screen and goes nowhere, android Galaxy S10+. Uninstalled, reinstalled, Wi-Fi vs data, nothing changes.

A training platform with no web version...yikes...please hire a UX consultant and look into frameworks like flutter that allow you to build apps for all platforms easily. Forcing users to stare at a tiny phone screen for training is laughable. I have 10 years experience in software engineering and management if you need a product manager...also the app doesn't work. Videos do not load on cell or Wi-Fi. Maybe hire some qa folks too

Requiring training that is so lengthy that employees are required to do them off the clock and after work should be reevaluated. I already give up so much of my family time to potential clients that I find it demeaning and immoral to expect me to do hours worth of training outside working hours. The app is full of bugs and often times requires us to re-watch a video in order for it to count/register as completed. Work-life balance is important to me and this is not how I want to spend my time

I am unable to log in with my Audi credentials because it matches my bmw credentials as well. They need to fix this asap. At least have customer support number we can call. Raising a ticket takes a long time, and you can not reach anyone
