I am currently studying the Compassionate Focused Therapy Diploma with Paul Gilbert and decided to get the app to help guide me through self practice, due to the amount of reading involved for the diploma. It is really helpful to be prompted to do the self compassion exploration and to be able to listen to the course as the Diploma is very information dense, in a good way. To have it presented to me from the client's perspective is a welcome haven. Thank you.

I love the daily intention setting and gratitude reflection at the end of the day. There is so much content to explore, and covers not just soothing practices, but energizing and motivation work through hiit and yoga sessions, and crucially, dealing with difficulty too. It's a fantastic app, from a trusted source with amazing scientific credentials, I love it. Its great value compared to other apps too, part of compassion philosophy.

I've now deleted this app. It costs a huge amount upfront for what you get with no option for a monthly subscription to cover development costs. Speaking of development, I did not notice any improvements over the 12 months. If anything the app became less reliable and crashed a few times. Absolute waste of money.

This app seemed extremely promising, I subscribed in hopes of being able to use the features. But I still can't use the features. I tried contacting the support email numerous times without much help. It's unfortunate that this app does seem good, only problem is I paid money, I can't use the features and no one from their office wants to help me fix the error. Especially after numerous emails. Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because the apps features do look beneficial.

I've had a similar experience to another review on here. I'm unable to use the apps features, and after several emails and months of waiting nothing has been resolved. Other than this it seems like a really good app, so it's disappointing to not be able to use it properly, especially after spending a chunk of money on it. Hopefully it can be resolved.
