I have two events I'm going to this weekend I have the app I've bought the tickets they are NOT on the app, they are not on my purchase tickets, they are not in my account, I've purchased the tickets I have the email, it is not on the app there are glitches, there is no contact on the app, there is nobody to email everything's out of date, I tried to call the number for San Diego symphony shell all you hear is a Christmas recording in March, this company has got real issues ....sad....

It won't install. Assuming it does eventually, I won't get access to my ticket until 5 days before the event. I don't live in San Diego, so this is for one event. So far this is not a happy visiting experience.
