★★★★★ I feel that it would be nice to have a way to see available seating on a map for each day without going back and forth between separate pages of the app.

★★☆☆☆ This app is supposed to allow you to transfer the tickets to another person, but it does not. Maybe it will finally let me transfer when we're 24 hours in advance, but that is terribly inconvenient.

★★☆☆☆ I really hate using this app! -can't see my tickets, seats, showtime after purchase until 2 hours before show. Makes it difficult to buy tickets for friends or resell -buying seats is nightmare... Every step in purchase selection sucks!!!

★★☆☆☆ Once upon a time we purchased tickets for a show six months in advance and could hardly remember if they were for the matinée or evening show. That show gets rescheduled, and somewhere we probably have an email for the time... but wouldn't it be wonderful if somewhere in the app we could see the time PRIOR to two hours before our show? What an awful UX/UI limitation that we can't make sense of from a user perspective.
