★★☆☆☆ Outdated food pyramid Uses autdated nutritional food pyramid from 30 years ago. Its too heavy on carbohydrates and foods that spike insulin levels, causing heart disease, obesity, diabetes. Too much demonizing on necessary proteins and fats in moderation. Modern scientific research from the past decade is way beyond this. Could be a great game if it pushed more accurate health guidelines.
