This app is not working. Always hang. Have to uninstall and reinstall just to open the app. After hang again. It was never before like that. What's happening. Can Star do something about this.

I am subscribed to physical star paper atm. Previously I abled to access this paper for compliment but recently I am unable to access anymore😭😭 May I know if I'm still eligible for access through this paper if I am subscribing to the physical paper? Saw that there are reviews saying the app is slow when downloading content. Tried on my oppo is fine, though the content takes time to load due to large PDF file size, it is able to load without issues on my end. I guess if your network is slow probably the wait is longer. If waited long enough, the content will show up else hit refresh to retry coz our country's internet is the one to be blamed. Also, try disabling the auto download from settings so that not all downloads happen at the same tim

I rarely write reviews but this app just couldn't get me to read my very first paper after recent renewal. Clicking the newspaper and the app just shut down, happened several times and I gave up. The old app worked fine but did not recognize my subscription renewal. Forced to change to this app but cannot even download one paper to read. What is happening?

I subscribed paper to read news, but this app unable to download main news and lagging for few times. I have to restart the app again and again. This make me trouble in read news and not user-friendly at all. The Star please improve your app. Your webpage also not user-friendly, how can I continue to subscribe your paper?

Sep 21 with latest update: Still no improvement. Tablet with Wi-Fi still unable to download the papers. Need to borrow hotspot from my phone's mobile data to even have a chance (not even 100%) to completely download a day's paper. What's more it still takes dozens of attempts to close and reopen the app to finally download everything. Today on a Sunday, it's taking me close to half an hour and still ongoing, main paper is refusing to complete the download. Tablet model Honor Pad Mini Android 11
