Theca: File Manager & Vault

Theca is a file manager, a storage cleaner and an encrypted Vault in one app. Your files never leave your phone.

BROWSE EVERYTHING
• Internal storage, SD cards and USB drives
• Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, Downloads, APKs and Archives, one tap each
• Search your whole phone by name
• Copy, move, rename and share, with a progress bar you can cancel
• Favourite folders and files on the home screen
• List or grid view, with photo and video thumbnails
• Trash: deleted files can be restored for a while before they are gone

BUILT-IN VIEWERS
Open photos, videos, music and text files without leaving the app. Swipe through a folder's photos and zoom in.

ZIP AND ARCHIVES
Compress files to ZIP. Open and extract ZIP, 7z, TAR, GZ, BZ2 and XZ files, password-protected ZIP files included.

A PRIVATE, ENCRYPTED VAULT
Move your documents into the Vault: PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, notes, archives. Each one is encrypted with AES-256 and removed from where it was. Only your PIN opens the Vault, or your fingerprint if you switch it on. PDFs and text files open inside the Vault without a decrypted copy ever being saved. Back up the whole Vault to one encrypted file, protected by a passphrase.

FREE UP SPACE, YOUR WAY
The Cleaner shows what takes up space and lets you decide: large files, installers for apps you already have, old downloads, empty folders. Nothing is deleted until you choose, and deleted files go to the Trash first. Android's own screen for clearing app caches is one tap away.

YOUR FILES STAY YOURS
No account, no cloud. Theca needs All files access to work as a file manager and uses it only to show and manage the files on your phone. Android keeps other apps' private folders closed to every app, Theca included.
