★★★★★ The app works well, however it may be difficult to spend the accumulated points (yums), since very few restaurants are accepting these yums. Usually the restaurants accepting yums are of average/low quality, based on the customers' reviews. This leaves the app users with the question of why use The Fork since the loyalty points are close to being useless. If it's just for booking a restaurant then Google Maps has more to offer.

★★★★★ Love Brescia. Great food catering to a broad modern clientele, including gluten-free and Vegan. Good service and cool ambiance. All restaurants should have tasty dietary options like Brescia.

★★★★★ Used the Fork lots of times outside the UK great for finding places and for discounts too

★★☆☆☆ Lousy! We made a reservation for an out-of-the-way restaurant providing pickup transportation. The app did not allow the input of our pickup location, the app did not allow you to contact the restaurant. The app then gave error messages as we attempted to modify and then cancel our reservation. The restaurant also failed to answer their phone, did not have answering service, and did not respond to Instagram or Facebook messages. This app needs substantial improvement to address these faults.

★★☆☆☆ The available restaurants in the area are really boring. The yums loyalty program is quite useless. You can only buy pizza and burgers with your yums.

★★☆☆☆ App is too buggy, and it has a bad UI. On my iPad it only allows landscape mode, even though I rarely use my iPad that way. On both Android and iPad I keep getting these "server too busy, try again later" messages multiple times: a truly awful app.

★★☆☆☆ Used once for a 50% discount. At the cashier the manager of the restaurant said that he could not apply the discount for whatever reason and instructed me to pay the full amount and contact the fork by email for a refund. The fork never replied my email. I contacted them again via chat and they "refunded" me with yums points, meaning I never got my money back.
