The app is a doddle to use, the chip is superb and although it didn't deliver the 40% claimed increase in performance I'm still very happy. After all were it to deliver such a massive increase it would definitely compromise reliability. This way it is perfectly safe as you can optimize air intake temperature, fuel quality and air humidity to really get the maximum power / torque outputs without increasing nasty CO / HC emissions. A high quality item at a cheap price!

Absolutely terrible firm, the box they sent me does not fit to my vehicle, i immediately sent them an email complaining about it, it took them 1 week to reply,fast-forward 2 weeks of non-stop terrible communication I asked for a refund and here we are 1 year later they still are making up all sorts of excuses saying their team is busy or manager is ill, i'm definitely going to sue them over my €300,they are not even replying to my Mail anymore, Don't buy this product, you have much better alternatives.

Does not improve MPG or performance. Quick to reply when you are buying, but after sales is very poor. Replied aggressively. Then started threatening me with legal proceedings and blackmailing me to remove negative posts. After I returned the item they still failed to refund me after several weeks and in the end the bank ended up giving me a refund via charge back. I wonder how many other customers have had the same experience but remove their review in fear of solicitors.
