Very easy to book and schedule for their services via app or their website. Their operations staff managing the bookings are professional and polite. The movers were punctual and very careful when moving the furniture. Prompt and fast. Will definitely use their services again.

So far booking is ok, just I hope the app can be improved that can save the info or edit from what user had typed. I have to key in info again and again every time when I still undecided what time to move out. At least let me save the address, so I no need to key in every time when I open the app.

Worst service. Wasting my time for unnecessary negotiation. Already selected time, date, location and manpower. End up, the operator / customer service negotiating on the number of manpower (to get by our own). And propose different date and time. We, as customer decided the time and date. Just follow accordingly. Don't blame to the driver. Blame to your useless system and apps.... 1 out of 5. Bad Customer service and too expensive some more compared to Lalamove!

Was told that the app is 'just' a platform. Booked a moving package, only to find out on the day that the truck came with 1 less manpower, no wrap given (even though it was included in the package). 2 furniture ended up with minor damage during transfer into the truck which would've been avoided if there were 3 people and the furniture securely wrapped Complained to The Truck CS, was told to deal with the driver directly with The Truck bearing no consequence. Bad experience. Not recommended

This is my first time order truck through this app. My pickup point is level2 and drop off at level3. I have already clicked stairs use including level for both pickup and drop off point. I have clicked 2 manpower. 1 driver and 1 helper. Then proceed to payment. When the driver came to pickup point, the driver called me that I didn't click for stair carry. I said there is no statement said that I need to click stair carry and the CS call me to pay and put blame on me. Don't download this app.

My dear customer don't use the truck com ....IAM wan girl driving Lori ....the truck com customer complain IAM late going customer house booking 10am already telling customers today IAM late come customer ok no problem...my work finish ready ...after lar customer telling I'm pregnant lady come to drive work IAM single mother 6 year how I can pregnant...after my account band and this customer house going 4 person...1 gril 3 men ....wan girl can't drive truck now account band never think
