One of the worst apps in the history of apps The app doesn't load right, doesn't work right, the tests are ridiculously inaccurate, there's no counselors assigned even after you've done the test on the website, there's no one online to help you, and you find out only by going into your profile there's no way to stop your subscription and no refunds.

Their ad funnel made me think I was getting a therapist from my country. I was matched with someone else who ignored my request of appointment and set her own time. I then asked to switch to a different therapist who started booking slots with me without communicating beforehand. I get 4 emails a day for reminders of the "appointment" that I never scheduled. I contacted support for a refund who then told me that they can't process the request because the therapist is trying to book with me.
