I am using the application with Thermic Heated Vest, works perfectly. My tip is to just turn on your phone's Bluetooth setting only, and use the THERMIC APP to pair and connect to the product. DO NOT USE PHONE SETTINGS TO TRY TO PAIR WITH PRODUCT. If the Thermic app shows it is connected, then it is, even if phone settings do not update. Regulates heat and battery use very well. Also, I turned off all phone data while connected via Bluetooth and all still worked fine. (Other reviews false).

App works great for my heated insoles. Some people are complaining about having problems pairing the app with the batteries. Make sure to turn the app on, then activate the batteries, and they will pair automatically. As someone who has suffered frostbite in my feet 40 years ago, and I have suffered with reduced circulation/cold feet for decades until I got my heated insoles about 5 years ago. I can ski for 6+ hours on the high heat setting without running out of power.

I got the app to work a couple of times when I first bought the boot heaters, but it hasn't recognized them since then, so it was useless last ski season and now this one. Tried to get them to reconnect tonight, nope. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice, now it freezes at the GPS location pop-up. Like the other reviewer with the same GPS freeze issue, I have a Samsung S22. If I'd wanted boot htrs that only work by pushing buttons on the batteries, I'd have bought the cheap ones!

I use their heated socks for skiing. The app requires my phone's GPS to be on before allowing it to connect to the socks. I try and conserve my phone's battery power on the ski slopes and the GPS drains it. Why do you need to know my location for my heated socks?

Requires precise location permissions to use it, which ofc makes no sense when all you want to do is to control the heat or your socks (over Bluetooth).... Stupid app and privacy intrusive
