Having been used to the reasonable behavior of nest this app is terrible in comparison. It's often inaccessible, and you can never do what you want to do. There are limitations which have no reasons to be in place and because it's such a pain one ends up giving and heating the house even when no-one is in. What a wasted opportunity. It's 2 years now that we are using it and no improvements have been done. I dream of someone else writing a decent app.

Utter rubbish. Disconnected itself from the server months ago and unable to connect again despite deleting everything and starting again. The water heater itself is great, the app would get 0 stars if possible.

It doesn't work with Alexa. Once you make a change (Program to Basic) because you want to temporarily change the schedule, the change will stay permanently until you change it back. It is not possible to choose to change only for a limited time or until next program. Frequently it doesn't work. Nest app is much better
