Useless. Since buying an Atlantic water heater and installing the app and linking to heater it initially worked. But now since 5 days I just get error 500 unable to connect to server. It's been broken for more than a month now, no response from the Atlantic, no fixes, nothing. I'm getting furious about this. Very irresponsible!

Not a good app. Be aware that you can only declare one off-peak rate. I have two. If relying on the Eco setting that adapts the water heating to actual usage, just set up one off-peak rate and allocate your best off-peak price to that. That appears to defer overnight heating until towards the end of the off-peak period.

I cannot create my account. When I select the surface and country etc., it says "error" and it doesn't say what's wrong.

Equipment unavailable that all I get all the time. Very intermittent service, paring ok Wi-Fi ok never had problems with other devices just this. Several removes app reinstall and pairing will be on to the company that did the installation of my heating. .
