A lot of complaints and an extremely low rating, but the system works fine with my Oneplus 7 & Android 10. I don't need to sync all the time, the bottle keeps track of the use and uploads the data once you sync; the Fitbit sync also works fine. The measurements and temperature seem to be very accurate. I didn't give 5 stars because it didn't work out of the box but after leaving the bottle in charge of a while, it finally showed up in the app, and it has worked fine since then.

I love the idea of tracking my water intake as part of my wellbeing journey. The app and equipment worked well for about a year, but then the lid stopped syncing with the fitbit app. And the thermos app can't even detect the fills, or any activity, not even after calibrating. If the lid is plugged in at least it detects the temperature change when I refill. My lid could be defective, but the app is great, and I loved while it lasted. It is an expensive product, though.

I was so excited about this, and it worked so well the first day, and it's all been down hill from there. The lid won't sync to my phone. Talked to customer service they said to delete the app and reinstall it, so I did. That worked for about two days. Then it stopped again. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, and it's still not working. If the syncing worked it would be an amazing product. Without it it's just an unremarkable water bottle.

Does not sync! It tells me the temperature my water is at, that's about it. It's off about 40-60° at times. But it's a bottle, and it does what it was made for. I just wish it tracked my water intake. Fix it @Thermos! It's a great idea

Does not sync well with the fitbit app which is why I bought the bottle in the 1st place. Customer service was very knowledgeable and unable to help me.
