Email address given doesn't exist. Developer please reply. Hi there. I have a thinkware F770 with front and rear cameras. I am using the Thinkware app. Can connect with Wi-Fi to unit with both my Android phones. However, my Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus I running Android 9.0, and I cannot view live mode, but I can view live mode with my LG V40 which is running Android 8.0. Not sure if unit or app needs an update to handle the ever-changing Android versions. Thank you 1 star lifted when resolved.

"Connected to a smart phone-disconnected from a smartphone"... Latest version, latest firmware in the U1000 and I can't get this thing to connect! "Dash cam is not responding". Wi-Fi on u1000 is on, phone connected to it, and still...

Rubbish. Cannot get it to work. App says cam not connected. Constant connect/disconnect. Much easier to eject the SD card and transfer the files. The reliance on Wi-Fi connections baffle me. At AUD $500 for a FHD 2 ch camera one would expect things to just work. Good thing it's a company vehicle. I've been saved from having to make the choice between the Blackout and Thinkware.

Only supports certain thinkware models. If you have the wrong model it gives you an obscure error message saying that the dashcam is not responding, rather than you have the wrong app. Really frustrating trying to find the right one.
