Good app for Thinkware dashcams. Easy to navigate and play with various settings. Unfortunately sometimes app takes many attempts to connect to dashcam using either my S8+ OR S21 Ultra.

I need help. The app keeps crashing 1 second into playing any footage. What's the point of a dash cam if you can't review the footage.

The android app on my Pixel 7 doesn't connect to the camera. I tried reinstalling the app and disconnecting my home Wi-Fi. None of those things worked. I contacted the company that installed my dash cam and thinkware and neither responded. Extremely poor.
