I'm sorry, but there's too much misinformation in this app for me. Focusing only on daily tasks, for example, may very well reduce anxiety for those who have anxiety, but it still has nothing to do with opening the third eye and tuning into the metaphysical world. Hopefully I'll find a source at some point that provides true information.
