If you need customer service assistance, you will get one of our team members that will personally handle things for you. We also have a warehouse in the United Kingdom and Germany, which serves all of the European Union. We opened these warehouses so that our European customers can get our products without excessive shipping, import duties, and taxes. If you do live in Europe, you have the choice to be re-directed to those websites/stores, or you can shop in the app, and we will ship to you from our US warehouse.
