The store is great! The App is not bad, but it lacks effective filtering. The filtering categories are few, and the filtering options tend to be quite random. I'd expect for a guitar strap, next to manufacturer, filtering for material and color. Material ist partly covered in some filtering options (which, however, also offer "violin cases" in the same pick list), color not at all. Unfortunately, getting 800 results for guitar straps post filtering is not helpful.

Edit: Sorry to say but Thomann is the No.1 music store in Europe, their customer support is nothing shorter than perfection, every question answered... and ever so polite and wonderfully understanding. Thomann is five stars from me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Europe Music Store: No.1 Thomann.... In Ireland No.1 is X-Music if local drop in. Thank you 👌✌️😎🎧

I've been a thomann customer for ages, and use this app to whet my appetite for new gear. Unfortunately I have to rate it low due to facing severe issues with the app, that not even reinstalling fixed. Previously, the app failed to load anything. It was fixed for a few months after a couple of weeks. Now, it does not load any product information. Could be Black Friday, and I'll update my review when this is fixed. I trust thomann.

I don't want to give a bad review because I used to really like the app. But somehow recently it takes minutes for the app to open. Ive tried updating my phone, the app, reinstalling, etc. but nothing helped. It's just stuck at the opening screen.

UNUSABLE. Too buggy. I put two items in basket, then tried to check out multiple times. Each attempt would result in an unspecified error. (Page claimed "need address" when address was fully filled out. While unnecessary, I tried "send to different address" and added address. Still would not proceed to final checkout.) Late, I finally gave up, leaving the 2 items in basket. One was a "B Stock" item. Next day, the basket was empty. The "B Stock" item was apparently sold. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

1 star for the app, not the store. Thomann is a great store, and I've always had great service from them, but the app is absolutely awful! It's extremely buggy and constantly freezes or takes an age to do anything after clicking on a product. I tried buying some goods yesterday and the app glitched out after I'd paid and didn't return to the shopping cart. So now I'm in a position where the money has been taken from my account, but the order was never completed, so I have no money and no goods.

It is impossible to use due to sluggishness when browsing for longer or browsing through a big Basket or Wishlist. It takes literall minutes to switch between Shopping Basket and Search or Home when browsing for longer than 30 mins. Scrolling to the end of a long Basket list, it takes about 5 minutes. Regularly exceeds 250 MB of cache. S22Ultra
