Too hard to pair a device when you get a new phone

Far too difficult to get set up. How am I supposed to set up to scan QR codes with my phone when the qr code IS ON MY PHONE!!?? Ridiculous. I'm better if waiting for the mail to arrive. I hope I never have to use this app ever again!!

I don't like having to have 2 separate authenticators for Thomson Reuters products (GuardianAuth0) and CS Professional Suite Thomson Reuters Authenticator). The old Thomson Reuters Authenticator is no longer paired to my phone and I can't log in to try to repair it without calling in for assistance.
