Is anyone else having a problem when you go to get on the app and save the weekly gas off, and it keeps saying error or kicking you off the app all together because I have never had a problem with the app

Earning is such a severe downgrade from this Refreshing Rewards app/program. Really disappointed to see it go. I have no reason to stop/shop at Thorntons over anywhere else now. My 25 cent discount is stuck on this app, and I can't even use it. There's a bp right across the street from Thorntons and another down the street with way cheaper convenience items and a better selection. This was not well planned or executed. Staff couldn't even help me get my welcome discount. I had to figure it out.

Thor tons app is pretty worthless now. I can't do any of the rewards after having their fuel points to BP out of all gas station apps. After this I cannot wait until WAWA opens up.

Basically useless except for holding your cell number to use cents off gas for which you have to get in email and activate it for it to show up in the app. Never mind the coupons because yes you have location on and all permissions but the app opens a WEBSITE which requires entirely different settings and permissions. But look what you're asking for: a multi-billion dollar company to part with 50 cents.

This was a great app until they decided to change to Earning without notifying customers. I went tonight to get gas & use my $0.25 off per gallon electronic coupon & couldn't because they switched apps. The store clerk was no help. I downloaded the Earning app & can't log in or register. So stupid.
