I'm delighted with my purchases. They come nicely wrapped and even smelling good. On a recent purchase I was a bit sad because a sweater I had bought and was listed in the package wasn't there. They refunded me immediately, not only that but a few weeks later they actually found and sent the sweater to me. I've sold, purchased, and returned items with ease. It's not traditional shopping since it's used clothing and a smaller business, but it's simple to figure out and enjoyable when you do.

I love the selection!! The items I got were in perfect condition and packaged nicely! I will for sure be a repeat customer! The only drawback is that shipping for 1 item is 10.99, but they usually have discount codes on already heavily discounted items. The kids' stuff is amazing, too!

As a buyer in 2024, ThredUp has been a great experience with purchasing. I have has a wonderful first time buying experience on their platform. For multiple item purchases, It takes time to consolidate all the items, but they eventually get assembled and sent to you with tracking to help monitor your order.

Has its moments but generally frustrating. There is a lot of variety and I actually think the search and filter features are good, however... 1. The alert to turn on notifications every time you open the app is obnoxious. 2. Quality is really hit-and-miss, and returns are a nightmare. I probably don't wear 50% of what I have bought. Remember these are clothes people don't want for a reason. 3. Selling feature feels like a total scam. I can get much better payouts on Mercaris.

You can't sort by size and there's no category for mens clothing. Doesn't do the bare minimum as a clothes selling site.

Absolute scam Do NOT send your clothes in. I sent athlete leggings, and they didn't show up on my selling page, so I pm'd them asking why, they replied oh we have plenty of them. Then why wouldn't you send a list out with what you're not taking? And they don't send them back! The clothes they took I would get about $1-4 per clothing item, but guess what you have to pay them a fee, so 4 of my clothing items sold, but didn't meet the $18 fee, so guess who didn't get paid? Donate or eBay your clothes
