THIEVES BE AWARE 🛑 I signed up and used the service, I sent a brand new VS robe with tags still in it, and they sent me a photo of the corner of the robe and said they were donating it, because it could t be sold !!! I sent in high dollar items and most of them got "donated" or sellers are taking them. I will never use them again, Thieves! I've never got this resolved or my items back. They got away with Theft. I have filed a police report and contacted the business bureau all I could do.

I don't like the latest version - "collections" is something I would never use and just adds an annoying step to favoriting an article. The app is jumpy when looking at my favorites on my android devices vs. desktop - keeps scrolling up or down. I really like the Daily Edit but as of 3 days ago it comes up blank on Android but shows up on my PC.

It was great till the latest update, now pictures of items show up and then disappear. With only the info showing on the item. What did you do? Edit April 20/2026 Your update worked and the app is back to working like it should.

I had a very disappointing experience selling with ThredUp. It felt less like selling my clothes and more like paying to donate them. Several of my items sold, but the payouts were incredibly low. One item sold for over $32, and I earned only about $2. Other items earned just a few cents. After fees were deducted, I ended up with $0 in earnings from the entire bag. What frustrated me most was taking the time to sort, pack, and send quality clothing, only to see them sold for prices that

As a buyer: Not completely terrible. Most things are overpriced because they want their cut. Descriptions and categories for items are way off. As a seller: Terrible. The app has technical issues, and you're basically paying them to give your clothes away. BUT WAIT if they don't sell in the window created by ThredUp, they're still sold. You just don't get any money.
