It forgets your login information which is seriously frustrating. Fix that please. Otherwise it's a good app. Reply to three, This is my phone that I use. You're protecting nothing by forcing me to log in. If people are using my phone I've more to worry about than whether they're trying to access my 3+ £1 Nero coffee.

My nephew Ian Casselden was obviously invited to this Wedding. But just how I got these pictures I am not sure of. But it was a beautiful Wedding & I am glad I did get them. I hope that the couple have a long & Happy Life together.

Tried every method of signing up to Three+ to be told I'm not able to, despite being a Three customer for over a decade. Attempts to resolve via live chat and telephone calls have got me nowhere. So I'm a paying customer that is not allowed to benefit from a reward app, makes no sense! Edit: after leaving this review they have since amended my account, so I can now access Three+, thank you for responding! All it took was a 1/5 review 😂👍

Three pay monthly customer will not let me register. Pointless app. Very poor from three makes me think about changing when my contract is up.

28/8/23 Made all three users to create new account and now three+ app is unable to recognize to identify me as a customer! Spent over an hour over the chat to solve the issue but nothing worked. I’m going to terminate their contract soon.

Annoying AF App keeps logging me out, and making me reset password every time I go to use it. It's annoying af. Biometrics never works either. Pity as the rewards are good, but the login issues ruin it
