Excellent app, great offers but the café Nero offers now run out within hours of being put on the app, you could get one midweek not long ago. Still a decent app.

I've been with Three for over 10 years and honestly can't complain. The service has always been reliable, the prices are fair, and I've never felt the need to switch to another network. Whenever I've needed help, customer service has always been friendly and sorted things out quickly. Overall, it's been a really positive experience, and I'd happily recommend Three.

Claiming vouchers is difficult. Even when I have not claimed any voucher it says I have claimed it, but there is nothing in available code. The app has errors, and even after refreshing it does not fix the issue. Good rewards but terrible execution. Even using biometrics gives some string error.

Recently removed the £1 Nero coffee voucher which was the only one I used. This is slowly getting worse and worse value as they keep taking away pieces over time. Three not what it used to be

The only reward I use was the £1 caffe Nero voucher but I get a basic coffee so only save £2 usually, but now they've increased it to £2 so will only save £1, and they've made it difficult to access accidentally claimed it in the middle of the night because there wasn't a warning that they'd changed it from screenshot STUPID. Was the only reward keeping me at 3 will probably move to o2
