I've been with Three for over 10 years and honestly can't complain. The service has always been reliable, the prices are fair, and I've never felt the need to switch to another network. Whenever I've needed help, customer service has always been friendly and sorted things out quickly. Overall, it's been a really positive experience, and I'd happily recommend Three.

Excellent app, great offers but the café Nero offers now run out within hours of being put on the app, you could get one midweek not long ago. Still a decent app.

Was only worth it for the weekly Caffe Nero reward, which is now almost useless as it's doubled in price, meaning you only save about 50p on a coffee, and you have to load the app for it to work - but the app doesn't load in the city center because the Three signal is so poor.

As they include comments on the 'rewards' in the description it seems appropriate to say that the 'rewards' are no longer worthwhile. I recently got into the Café Nero reward, at first paying £1 seemed like a loss after the occasional free one, but it became good value. Then they doubled the price to £2, so it really doesn't feel like a 'perk' anymore. I note the 'code' remains available on the last day. People appear to not like this change.

Recently removed the £1 Nero coffee voucher which was the only one I used. This is slowly getting worse and worse value as they keep taking away pieces over time. Three not what it used to be
