Cannot log in, it won't let me re-register either. Constantly locks my account and then when you try to password reset it says that the action is forbidden! Absolutely no way of getting access to any benefits and been with three for coming on 20 years now

Claiming vouchers is difficult. Even when I have not claimed any voucher it says I have claimed it, but there is nothing in available code. The app has errors, and even after refreshing it does not fix the issue. Good rewards but terrible execution. Even using biometrics gives some string error.

I have contacted 3 team on 2 separate occasions, but I am still not sorted. I have been trying to register for 3+ App. I haven't been able to get my otp as it's registed to my other phone. I was told it has to be a 3 mobile where my account is. I have a mifi and was told to take the sim out of the mifi and put it in a mobile phone which I did. I am still no better off. I spent hours with the team and both promised to sort it but haven't done. I have put the sim back in the mifi device. for
