Tried to buy a £1 coffee today but the app was experiencing some sort of outage so could not get the coffee. Not great considering the discount is now time limited I wasted my time travelling to the café.

Recently removed the £1 Nero coffee voucher which was the only one I used. This is slowly getting worse and worse value as they keep taking away pieces over time. Three not what it used to be

As they include comments on the 'rewards' in the description it seems appropriate to say that the 'rewards' are no longer worthwhile. I recently got into the Café Nero reward, at first paying £1 seemed like a loss after the occasional free one, but it became good value. Then they doubled the price to £2, so it really doesn't feel like a 'perk' anymore. I note the 'code' remains available on the last day. People appear to not like this change.
