First time I set up my home broadband then it connected to the 5g hub but every time I try to connect now it just says trying to connect to hub all the time after trying to restart the device and the app it still won't connect, also halfway through talking to live chat just get logged out then log back in, and they disconnect because I apparently left the chat when its there app that logs out without warning

If you're getting a pay as you go sim, DO NOT GO WITH THREE. The small annoyances include no stored credentials, data usage numbers don't refresh often as you use it, texts for usage alert come in late, their phone system is automated and almost impossible to get to a human. My MAJOR complaint however is that they have consistently stolen my top-up credit, even when not out of data, and now cut my data rates too. Nor have they fixed it when I showed them my credit was taken with data remaining.
