Since I updated the app I can't log in, sais oops something gone wrong. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Didn't help. This app is a pain, I am seriously considering switching to another provider. The app is opening and show a white screen after I put my ID and password. Funny thing devs...how can I chat with you in the app when I can't open it????? Are you reading the comments, or you just throw a standard response to looks like you care?

Worst customer service ever. When the naive customer representative couldn't help me with my problem after wasting my 20 minutes he just closed the chat without saying and answering my queries
