Terrible company. Poor service, ever-increasing price, ever slower speeds (only 3.6mbs from router on latest speediest! My damned phone gets 200+ on mobile data fgs) always buffering then dropping out and needing router restart! App difficult to navigate, call center in Bangladesh offers little understanding and zero help! Apparently everything is normal at their end and the issue is with all my devices! 6-month-old TV, 1-month-old tablet, 2-week-old Samsung s26 phone! I THINK NOT!!!!! Bye three!

App is poorly thought out. Partner and I both got new bank cards recently so needed to update payment card details in various sites. Easy in every app EXCEPT 3, which was Kafkaesque nightmare. At no point did the app suggest trying the procedure via website. UPDATE: App and website keep defaulting to old credit card tho I have set new as the default. They also don't allow me to delete old card. Insane. Update the app FAQs!

The worse app I've ever used. Their poor system was clearly created by a cheap overseas team. My debit card naturally expired but instead of three automatically updating like all other companies (e.g. Spotify), they cancelled my data add on. No notice. This meant I lost my existing data speeds and now get treated as new customer. There is no way in the app to set default card nor delete old card details and their AI chatbot is an embarrassment from 2021. I'm leaving three today.
