I've been with Boost Mobile for some years now and they've been great. The plan price $25 for life, is great for my budget. The service is great. The customer service is great too!

Been with Boost since 2014. I don't ask much, and I'm never short of amused by some of their stunts. Last November, they charged customers $4 to speak to a live agent instead of the AI. Now, if you're using autopay, they'll charge you $10 for a payment extension (upon credit approval) even though the autopay system takes your money anyway even if you're overdrawn. I'd switch carriers, but I'd miss these guys strictly for the entertainment value!

I can't even pay my bill like I used to. They tell me my service is suspended and the only option that is there is to activate a line. I've been with boost for 10+ years, and they are making me really consider switching to any service but this.

Stop trying to make me auto-pay I try to make a payment, and you sneak and turn on auto-pay keep it up, and you will lose a customer. And I can't upgrade my phone without me having to pay more monthly for the same plan I have!!!!!!!
