I have been with Boost about 20 some years. I remember I couldn't get a signal in my house. I had to walk out to the end of my driveway to get a signal. I worked all the quips out with Boost. I paid my bill with auto-pay every month and was always the same. I got my last phone with Boost and the employer said," you qualify for a new payment because you have been with us for so long and never missed a payment." I asked how much, he told me $26.47, for the plan I had. I won't ever leave Boost!

First let me start by saying this company has been so wonderful to me and have even given me credit towards my bill making it $10-15 cheaper than usual which still isn't bad considering I pay $79 a month which includes unlimited data & hotspot with extra 10 gigabytes of high speed data. I get great service 90% of the time, the other 10%, my phone loses service depending on where I am, usually it's only when I'm in my apartment, but my Wi-Fi fixes that issue. I recommend boost mobile for cheap plans!

The service is terrible. I opted to pay for more data, since I travel and work from my hotspot. Been with them years, through 5 phones, never an issue. 4 months after switching to my new plan, and paying for additional data, I'm being told hotspot was never part of my plan. They just kept repeating this, even though I was just using it 2 days ago, lol. And I told the agent the reason I wanted to PAY FOR an upgraded plan was for working on my phone hotspot, never mentioned once. Bye, Felicia

Boost Mobile has the worst customer service and when things happen the management does not do anything accommodating to help the customer very, very poor customer service I would not recommend boost Mobile to anyone
