Got fixed. Old review: All notifications since March 2022 have disappeared, and I'm getting "new" notifications for historic events back in March 2022. Not very helpful in Sept 2022. Same for app family members' phones too... so isn't just my account. Can someone fix this please!

If I could give no stars I would! 😡 I'm switching providers as soon as I can. Not cheap either when I have to continually pay 4 data binges! I brought my phone number over from Vodafone and many people have not been able to txt or phone me (they get a message that my phone numbr is disconnected!) I've missed out on work opportunities and put in scary positions when I haven't been able to be contacted in emergencies! Rang Skinny several times and was told problem was fixed. Its not😡 Skinny sucks!

Absolutely awful service. I could never log onto the app, I tried a zillion times, but the authorization text never came through. I tried to buy a plan using the call number and while I succeeded in registering my bank card, the plan didn't work and the credit ran out within a day. I am now worried bank card will be charged again, for an auto-renew I did not sign up for, even though I have now switched to 2 degrees. Customer service is terrible and doesn't help at all. DO NOT USE

Garbage - can't top up with a card just errors out. This happens way too often.
