I genuinely love this app and think there is a great future for it, but it becomes so frustrating to use when the filters just do not work-once this is fixed I could see this being the future of second hand clothes shopping but as it is, it is far too much of a pain to find clothes I want when the filter options no longer work.

I really love your store. Great items and quick delivery. Only a few improvements 1) the search options on the app don't work - you can't search for tshirts for.example. You just see all tops for women 2) the photos are quite dark at times, so it's hard to see the exact colors. It would be nice to have more detailed clothing measurements and material type which sometimes it there, but sometimes it isn't. I love the ethos of your company and I will continue to purchase from you ❤️

I used Thrift+ twice for wardrobe clean outs, sending in several bags of good condition clothes, some even new with tags. The most valuable items were "rejected" with no clear reason, despite meeting their criteria. On my second attempt, out of 6 bags, only 1 bag’s worth of items appeared online. Worse, some items listed weren't mine. I don't have the time to chase them up, but I’ll never use Thrift+ again. Their service is unreliable, and I'll never recommend it to others.

The app is pretty much like the website, thrown together by chimps. The filter is utterly useless, same on the website. Type in your waist size and inside leg measurements, and it'll bring up EVERYTHING that has those either of those measurements in. e.g. W34 L30 brought up a combination of W30 L34, or even just one of the measurements; so the other is pot luck. This is not how filters work. When someone puts in specifics that is what they expect to find in the results. Needs an overall by the devs.

Great idea poor execution. After a good experience with Misfit we decided to donate some clothes via thrift. We are happy with their fees, and the process to get donation bags. But, and this is a big but, the process of registering a bag and trying the get to the place where I can take it to a local pickup point was absolutely impossible. Really - it didn't work at all, neither by app not via their website. Tremendously poor. Take it to the local recycling center instead.m
