The only pitfall is there is no mention of the UID if you want to view remotely. IP/UID on your phone for remote viewing should be set the UID above the QR code. If you leave it as IP when you access it it will NOT show you a view when you are not at home on your IP. Setting it to the UID will allow you to access it in your home and remotely.

Great App, easy to set up, responds quickly on Wi-Fi, a little slow on remote access. Recommend developers allow continued Wi-Fi connection while switching apps on Android since Wi-Fi reselection is necessary to display cameras. DVR software, I recommend that developers add a "Show Password" feature on the DVR application. Accidental double tap on the mouse during password selection fosters repeated entries before password is correct. Love the Tigers ecu DVR system and mobile App.

I replaced my other security DVR with this Tiger brand. I initially had some problems but called the service number, and she resolved my issue. This unit is giving me great performance. I appreciate being able to speak to a person, unlike the other, Big Name, security camera company. If you have to replace your broken unit, you should consider Tiger.

I've been using this ap for several years used to work fine on my old android tablet connected right away when away from home but when I upgraded my tablet now when I'm away it takes upwards to 5 minutes to connect to my dvr. I also find it a problem trying to find events in the ap, normally I move to a computer and don't use the ap for this purpose. Seems to work better when on the same network but why do I need it when I'm in the same area as the system Time for me to change dvr's

I've had tigers ecu for years, and I've used to app to go back and play specific cameras. Now it doesn't work, at all. Police needed footage from my cameras and I couldn't give it to them because it doesn't play back. Very, VERY frustrating!

Not the best app to work with. But with the last update, I had to allow access to my contacts, videos, Photos, microphone etc. Why is all this needed for an app to work that only shows my cameras ? There are serious privacy issues here. And now since I upgraded to Android 14, the app has completely stopped working. I deleted the app, redownloaded it, but it still doesn't work. It keeps crashing as soon as I open it. Definitely not compatible with Google Pixel running Android 14.
