Early days, and still lacking many of the features available on the web app (primarily the AI-based features, like the planner), but truly wonderful. It's entirely non-stressful, which is rare -- it doesn't howl about overdue tasks or notifications you didn't specifically ask for. It relies on duration-based, flexible planning, and it doesn't require or invite endless setup.

Tiimo is a very helpful and well-designed app for planning daily routines and staying organized. The visual reminders and simple layout make task management easy and less stressful. I also liked the calming design and customization features. It’s especially useful for improving focus, productivity, and time management in a simple and motivating way.

I like the app, but I wish you could drag and rearrange tasks, be able to snap the same color to multiple subtasks and customize the to-do lists (quick wins, short task, less than an hour)(high priority, medium and low) these don't always make sense for each list. Overall I like the at time feature as well as the duration. I also like the ability to do subtasks, and being able to make a task for one day only or add a subtask for one day. Enjoyable app over all, my ADHD is just very particular.

Not for me. Its amazing if this helps people, but there's no options as to how the tasks look in the app. Auto suggesting subtasks works well - if I name the task well. But it then reorders the list of subtasks randomly and I can't reoder the list by dragging or anything (even if the little dots suggest I can). Sometimes it takes me longer to find the subtask I want to check off than the task takes. -- also no subtasks for subtasks is a dealbreaker, I need that structure of sub sub sub ... tasks

Couldn't get the promised refund when they stopped supporting android. They blame Apple and Apple blame them. Ill never see that money again. That's after I became dependent on this app, and they just swiped it. Took months to get organized again. don't trust them. As for your respo se about reaching out, I literally did. I just explained that you sly creep.

Spent a bunch of time programming in daily routines this morning that we're supposed to provide me with sound notifications to let me know when to switch tasks. I did a one time focus task test and put my phone in my pocket. No notification even though I made sure in my settings that this app had its own notification settings enabled with a loud sound, my phone was not on silent, and that it had unrestricted access for when my screen turns off. Nothing I did could make the test notification work
