"NO TIME SHEET" CALCULATIONS ENGINE: Simply setup your hours worked per day, start dates, allotted time per year, and accrual periods (every day, month, year, 2x times per month, etc). All of the calculations are clearly displayed showing how much time you have available at any moment.
ADVANCED ACCRUALS: The advanced accruals wizard allows you to setup features such as rollover policies and more. (requires newsletter signup)
EMAIL REQUESTS: Email time off requests directly to your supervisor and CC yourself. Both personal and business accounts support "web approval". (requires push notifications)
CALENDAR INVITES: Each approved time off request includes a calendar invite.
REPORTS: Export beautiful looking reports that you can email to anyone! Send them as Excel or PDF attachments, or embed them directly in your email as html or plain text.

Great potential needs mods for me... I start my year of with 110hrs or Lieu Time Off, 104hrs of Stat holiday and im carrying over 125hrs of Sick time and so on. Here is my problem. I can only select up 99.9hrs. Then I have to choose days which is annoying for me. It would make this app way better to extend the hours to 500 plus for those accumulating sick leave. Lots of first responders work with the "hourly" units should be an easy update.

I've used this app for a couple of years now. It's just what I need to keep track of my PTO for my nanny jobs. The app did have a problem when I deleted past nanny jobs though. After I deleted those past jobs, the app force closed & would no longer open so that I could add my current nanny job. However, uninstalling & reinstalling appears to have fixed the problem.

Only allows getting vacation per year. I need an app that can track how many vacation days I accrued per hours worked. I earn about 1 day pto every 2 weeks worked.

It's too restricting for setting how and when vacation is accrued. For example, we accrue vacation only 10 out of 12 months of the year. (Or, to better explain it, our vacation is front loaded inside 10 months) It would be nice simply create custom accrual dates ourselves instead of a rigid pre-selection.
